Purpose of the Service<\/h2>\n<p>BrightIQ AI Tutor is an AI-powered learning support platform designed to assist students, parents, educators, and lifelong learners across a wide range of subjects.<\/p>\n<p>BrightIQ provides:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educational guidance and explanations<\/li>\n<li>Personalized learning support<\/li>\n<li>Tools for independent study and skill development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BrightIQ is <strong>not a school<\/strong>, <strong>not a replacement for a teacher<\/strong>, and <strong>does not guarantee academic outcomes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>2. Eligibility &amp; Accounts<\/h2>\n<h3>a. Age &amp; Parental Consent<\/h3>\n<p>BrightIQ AI Tutor may be used by individuals <strong>under the age of 13<\/strong> only with the <strong>consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>By creating an account for a child, the parent or guardian:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Represents that they have legal authority to do so<\/li>\n<li>Accepts responsibility for the child\u2019s use of the Service<\/li>\n<li>Agrees to these Terms on the child\u2019s behalf<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>b. User Content &amp; AI Interactions<\/h2>\n<p>You retain ownership of content you upload (such as homework, PDFs, or prompts).<\/p>\n<p>By using the Service, you grant BrightIQ a limited license to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Store, process, and analyze content as needed to operate the platform<\/li>\n<li>Temporarily retain AI conversations to support functionality and quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do <strong>not<\/strong> claim ownership over your personal learning materials.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>7.
